Ujjwal Sharma f1c25c2c5a [codegen] legalize imul for 64-bit and 128-bit operands 
Add a legalization that legalizes imul.I64 for 32-bit ISAs and imul.I128
for 64-bit (and subsequently 32-bit) ISAs.
