* Make more code work with no_std.
no_std support is still incomplete, but this patch takes care of the
bulk of the straightforward parts.

Refactor wasmtime-wasi crate

* uses Rust edition 2018
* returns wasm32 errno directly rather than relying on
wasi_common::{host, memory} modules
* wraps extraction of memory and WASI context in a macro
