17f43d4cc3 path_link test: we no longer support symlink following
just assert that setting the symlink following lookupflag gives an

72b207de2e path_link: some improvements required by windows
* need to close the handle to the subdirectory before its legal to
  delete it
* windows doesnt give us a way to distinguish between an ERRNO_PERM and
  an ERRNO_ACCES, so lets accept either one

f7f10c12b3 Fix rights checks across the codebase.
* Fix path_open granting more rights than requested
* Add missing rights checks in: fd_fdstat_set_flags, fd_filestat_get, poll_oneoff
* Fix `open_scratch_directory` not requesting any rights.
* Properly request needed rights in various tests
* Add some extra trace-level logging
* Remove a no-op restriction of rights to the ones returned by
  `determine_type_rights`. It was redundant, because `FdEntry:from`
  internally also called `determine_type_rights` and only dropped some of them.

51f3ac0c45 Update WASI tests to use wasi crate v0.9.0 (#743)
This commit updates _all_ WASI test programs to use the latest
version of the `wasi` crate (`v0.9.0`). While at it, it also
unifies asserting error conditions across all test programs.

d4fd229e5e Reorganize wasi-misc-tests. (#575)
* Reorganize wasi-misc-tests.

Move wasi-misc-tests out of wasi-common, to break a dependency cycle;
previously, wasmtime-* depended on wasi-common, but wasi-common
dev-dependended on wasmtime-*.

Now, wasi-common no longer dev-depends on wasmtime-*; instead, the
tests are in their own crate which depends on wasi-common and on
wasmtime-*.

Also, rename wasi-misc-tests to wasi-tests for simplicity.

This also removes the "wasm_tests" feature; it's replaced by the
"test-programs" feature.

* Update the CI script to use the new feature name.

* Update the CI script to use the new feature name in one more place.

* Change a `write!` to a `writeln!`.
