* Update crates/test-programs/tests/http_tests/runtime/wasi_http_tests.rs

* wasi-http: fix cargo.toml file and publish script to work together (#4)

unfortunately, the publish script doesn't use a proper toml parser (in
order to not have any dependencies), so the whitespace has to be the
trivial expected case.

then, add wasi-http to the list of crates to publish.

* Update crates/test-programs/build.rs

* Switch to rustls

* Cleanups.

* Merge switch to rustls.

* Formatting

* Remove libssl install

* Fix tests.

* Rename wasi-http -> wasmtime-wasi-http

* prtest:full

Conditionalize TLS on riscv64gc.

* prtest:full

Fix formatting, also disable tls on s390x

* prtest:full

Add a path parameter to wit-bindgen, remove symlink.

* prtest:full

Fix tests for places where SSL isn't supported.

* Update crates/wasi-http/Cargo.toml

1321c234e5 Remove dependency on more-asserts (#4408)
* Remove dependency on `more-asserts`

In my recent adventures to do a bit of gardening on our dependencies I
noticed that there's a new major version for the `more-asserts` crate.
Instead of updating to this though I've opted to instead remove the
dependency since I don't think we heavily lean on this crate and
otherwise one-off prints are probably sufficient to avoid the need for
pulling in a whole crate for this.

d1aa86f91a Add AArch64 tests to CI (#1526)
* Add AArch64 tests to CI

This commit enhances our CI with an AArch64 builder. Currently we have
no physical hardware to run on so for now we run all tests in an
emulator. The AArch64 build is cross-compiled from x86_64 from Linux.
Tests all happen in release mode with a recent version of QEMU (recent
version because it's so much faster, and in release mode because debug
mode tests take quite a long time in an emulator).

The goal here was not to get all tests passing on CI, but rather to get
AArch64 running on CI and get it green at the same time. To achieve that
goal many tests are now ignored on aarch64 platforms. Many tests fail
due to unimplemented functionality in the aarch64 backend (#1521), and
all wasmtime tests involving compilation are also disabled due to
panicking attempting to generate generate instruction offset information
for trap symbolication (#1523).

Despite this, though, all Cranelift tests and other wasmtime tests
should be runnin on AArch64 through QEMU with this PR. Additionally
we'll have an AArch64 binary release of Wasmtime for Linux, although it
won't be too useful just yet since it will panic on almost all wasm
modules.

7e0d9decbf Virtual file support (#701)
* Add support for virtual files (eg, not backed by an OS file).

Virtual files are implemented through trait objects, with a default
implementation that tries to behave like on-disk files, but entirely
backed by in-memory structures.

* Fix feature-gating of test-programs

This commit fixes bugs in enabling feature-gating of `test-programs`
which was introduced in #600. It turns out, #600 accidentally
disabled `test-programs` from ever running, and this commit fixes
that.

9896a5cabd Add test for dangling file/dir handles (#566)
* Add test for dangling file/dir handles

This commit adds a test for dangling file/dir handles. The logic is
quite simple: we first create a resource (file or dir), get a WASI file
descriptor to it, remove the resource without closing the FD, and then
try to re-create it.

d4fd229e5e Reorganize wasi-misc-tests. (#575)
* Reorganize wasi-misc-tests.

Move wasi-misc-tests out of wasi-common, to break a dependency cycle;
previously, wasmtime-* depended on wasi-common, but wasi-common
dev-dependended on wasmtime-*.

Now, wasi-common no longer dev-depends on wasmtime-*; instead, the
tests are in their own crate which depends on wasi-common and on
wasmtime-*.

Also, rename wasi-misc-tests to wasi-tests for simplicity.

This also removes the "wasm_tests" feature; it's replaced by the
"test-programs" feature.

* Update the CI script to use the new feature name.

* Update the CI script to use the new feature name in one more place.

* Change a `write!` to a `writeln!`.
