Alexis Engelke 8fdfe53822 Output more available information in formatter
The formatter now includes the following information:

- Segment overrides
- Address-size overrides
- REP/REPNZ prefixes
- LOCK prefix
- High-byte registers (determined using presence of REX prefix)
